UserMan Login Logout
Login to the application can only be done using credentials provided by the administrator.
There is no option to register an account or reset your password through the tablet. The administrator needs to assist with these activities.
Logout can be done via the exit icon on the top right.
If you press the cogwheel on the top right of the login screen you will be redirected to the configuration pop-up.
In this screen you will have multiple options:
- Device ID: Here you can copy the device ID in case your technical support team needs this information for support purposes.
- Re-run Setup Wizard: This will allow you to re-start the configuration of the tablet. NOTE: This option will be used by your system administrator. An admin password is required.
- Sync Now: By pressing this button the tablet will synchronize with the server.
- Share Logs: By selecting this option you will have the option to share error logs with your system administrator for support purposes.
- Clear Logs: By selecting this option the old logs will be cleared. Only use this option when requested by the system administrator.
