Incremental Photo backup

Currently I do my incremental photo backup with "A Photo Manager" plus "ToGoZip" (where i am the author of) this way:

  • "A Photo Manager" Menu Filter: Set filter to "where fileLastModifiedDate >= [dateOfMyLastIncrementalBackup]
    • ==> the gallery shows only photos that where modified since last backup
  • "A Photo Manager" Menu: Select all visible photos
  • "A Photo Manager" Toolbar: Send/Share selected files: Select "==> zip" (togoZip) as target
    • All photos that where modified since last backup are copied to the zip file.
    • Note: ToGoZip has a setting "generate zip folder below": if not empty: source files below that folder will be added to folders in zip file so folder hirarchy will be preserved

The Zipfile can be easily transfered to an other computer.

The next major version (0.8) of "A Photo Manger" will get a menu: Backup to zip so there will be no more need to install ToGoZip.
