if CSV2RDF4LOD_BASE_URI_OVERRIDE is set, the converter will ignore the conversion:base_uri specified in the conversion parameters and the value of CSV2RDF4LOD_BASE_URI_OVERRIDE will be used instead. To avoid the override, set it to empty:
