Indicator Page

The indicator page selects the relevant objective or output (depending on whether the indicator is impact or performance) and loads all the relevant operations that have selected that indicator. The budget is determined by finding the budget for the relevant output/objective since budgets are not allocated to indicators. If the indicator is a number such as '# of enrolled student' the Overview dashboard will also who the sum of that indicator.
