Within this GitHub account, there are two important features that you will use to learn more about EM data processing: GitHub wiki & GitHub Issues. As you read this, you are within the wiki of GitHub, a wiki that has been built by TEM | pro to empower its customers with the power of EM.

To access the wiki or issues, below are links & images showing you how to navigate around TEM | pro's GitHub account.

This can be accessed by clicking on the top right 'book' icon within GitHub:

Beyond serving as a wiki to provide information for analyzing EM data, TEM | pro's GitHub account also houses a PRIVATE issues forum, where we invite everyone to post questions / comments / issues that arise during image analysis.

The web address for the issues can be found here: https://github.com/temproconsulting/EM-processing/issues

And, users can navigate to this page by clicking on the exclamation mark in the top right corner:

By clicking on the 'New Issue' button, you can enter a question/comment into the subsequent window. Be sure to categorize the posting with a topic listed in the 'Labels' menu (top right):

Code repository? What's that?

Beyond providing users with a wiki and issue-tracking forum, GitHub allows TEM | pro to host privately its scripts, tracking their history. If you wanted to view the underlying code 'repo', you find this by clicking the < > icon in the top right. This will show directories and files that have been curated by TEM | pro and developed over time:
