Runestones is an unrefined ingredient used in the crafting of runes. One runestone is required per attempt at crafting runes. This ingredient can be obtained from the following sources with the corresponding amount and drop rate;
- Stone Minion - (1) (75% / kill)
- Stone Golem - (1-2) (100% / kill)
The Air rune is a tier 0 magical rune. It is one of the 4 base elemental runes, and is commonly found through flight-based activities and creatures. It can be crafted through the use of the Air Altar found in the Birch Grove on the outskirts of Upper Sirrus.
Air Runes are used in spells requiring speed and flight and are the weakest of the 4 elemental runes. they can be obtained through the following sources:
- Ghast - (1/10) (10%/kill)
- Vex - (1/6) (16.6%/kill)
- Shulkers - (1/8) (12.5%/kill)
The Earth rune is a tier 0 magical rune. It is one of the 4 base elemental runes, and is commonly found through digging-based activities and underground creatures. It can be crafted through the use of the Earth Altar found at the center of the Swampy Crater in Krevas.
It is used in spells requiring strength, armor, and solidity, and is the second strongest of the 4 elemental runes. It can be obtained by
- Iron Golem - 1/8 (12.5%/kill)
- Silverfish - 1/8 (12.5%/kill)
The Fire rune is a tier 0 magical rune. It is one of the 4 base elemental runes, and is commonly found through fire-based activities and nether creatures. It can be crafted through the use of the Fire Altar found in the Diamond Layer of the Crystal Caverns on Krevas.
It is used in spells requiring heat, forging, and alchemy, and is the strongest of the 4 elemental runes. It can be obtained by
- Blaze - 1/10 (10%/kill)
- Vexes - 1/6 (16%/kill)
- Magma Cube - 1/20 (.05%/kill)
The Law rune is a tier 1 magical rune. It is a catalytic rune, meaning that it is used in conjunction with elemental runes to produce spellwork. It can not be found in nature. It can be crafted through the use of the Law Altar in a cave under the Blackstone Keep in Sirrus.They can be obtained by killing
- Endermen - 1/16 (6.25%/kill
- Endermites - 1/6 (16%/kill)
The Nature rune is a tier 1 magical rune. It is a catalytic rune, meaning that it is used in conjunction with elemental runes to produce spellwork. It can rarely be found through the slaying of wild creatures. It can be crafted through the use of the Nature Altar found in the Emerald Layer of the Crystal Caverns on Krevas. It can be obtained by
- Foxes - 1/6 (16%/kill)
- Panda - 1/8 (12.5%/kill)
- Polar - 1/6 (16%/kill)
The Power rune is a tier 2 magical rune. It can primarily be obtained by defeating bosses, and cannot be crafted. It is used in spells that require a large amount of magical energy.

The Spirit rune is a tier 1 magical rune. It is a catalytic rune, meaning that it is used in conjunction with elemental runes to produce spellwork. It can rarely be found through the slaying of ghostly or animated creatures. It can be crafted through the use of the floating Spirit Altar found in the Amethyst of the Crystal Caverns on Krevas. they can be gathered by killing
- Ghasts - 1/10 (10%/kill)
- Vexes - 1/8 (12.5%/kill)
- Allay - 1/8 (12.5%/kill)
The Water rune is a tier 0 magical rune. It is one of the 4 base elemental runes, and is commonly found through water-based activities and creatures. It can be crafted through the use of the Water Altar found at the bottom of the Mysterious Well in the Sirrus Grove.
It is used in spells requiring purity, restoration, and transmutation, and is the second weakest of the 4 elemental runes. It can be obtained by killing
- Dolphins - 1/6 (16%/kill)
- Guardians - 1/8 (12.5%/kill)
- Elder Guardians - 1/2 (50%/kill) - (4) 1/2 (50%/kill) (12) (This dose not stack)
