Bait as seen in game.

Bait is a Tier 2 utility item. It has 50 uses. If held in the off-hand while fishing, it decreases the time for a fish to bite by 5 seconds. This stacks with the Lure enchantment. Successfully catching a fish or item will reduce the durability by one, while reeling your line in early will not.

Bait can be enchanted with Mending and Unbreaking.
