Description for the Luck stat, as seen in-game

Luck is a stat in Aureus. It can be leveled up by achieving certain levels in the Magic, Fishing, Mining, Archaeology, and Archery skills. It increases your luck attribute, which determines drop table results, and increases your chance to get double drops.

Luck can be increased to a maximum of level 100. Your luck attribute increases by 0.15 per level, up to a maximum of 15; and your chance to get double drops increases by 0.20% per level, up to a maximum of 20%.
