Cosmit's Void Navigator is a tool used to temporarily increase the speed of the user through the use of the ability Warp Speed. This effect is based on the actual movement speed of a character, so it stacks with armor and weapon movement bonuses. It increases the user walk speed by 5x and the fly speed by 1.5x, where the default for both is 1.0. This effect will only last 20 seconds before going on a 60 second cooldown.
