Bulk Publishing

With the Bulk Publish feature, users can publish all the activities with one click instead of having to publish each activity individually.

How to Bulk Publish Activities?

1. Click on the ‘Bulk Publish Activities’ on the top right of the ‘Activity List’ page
2. Select(or Unselect) the activities you want to publish on the next page and click ‘Start Publishing’
3. The bulk publishing process will start in the background and you can see the progress on the status page. You will also get an email when the process is finished.

Things you need to know

1. Bulk publishing can only be done on the activities which are in the ‘Completed’ and ‘Verified’ state.
2. You need to set ‘Automatic publishing to Registry’ to “Yes’ in the Publishing Settings
