How to use the mass import option for uploading results

You may import a set of results for a given activity. Below shows steps to upload results.

Steps:

1. Go to Settings and go to activity elements checklist and enable result element if you have not and save it.

2. Select the result checkbox. Then save the changes.

3. Go to your respective activity.

4. On right side scroll down until you find result element then click it.

Result Importer interface will open.

5. Click on the Import New Result button on the top right.

6. Download the Result Template.

7. Fill in the csv file.

8. Then back to the step 5 inteface, upload the csv file containing results.

9. Then click Upload button.

10. Then you will be redirected to Import Results status page.

Here the importer will validate your datas in your csv files.

All the correct results will be marked green and you will be able to upload them.

You can filter the result according to valid, invalid and all.

If any of the result's data is incorrect then those result will mark red; you won't be able to upload them.

You click on the result to see which data you have entered is incorrect as shown below.

You can correct those datas and upload the file again.

11. Once all the result datas are correct then you can upload them all or select them by ticking on the check boxes.

12. Once you have selected the results then click Import button on the top right.

Congratulation! You have successfully imported all the results.
