How do I manage my profile ?
Access the 'My profile' page by clicking on button on the top right hand side. A slide option should pop up which gives two options; either to logout or go to My profile. Once you access the profile page you can see your account’s information,
- First/Last Name
- Username
- Email address
- Profile picture
- Timezone setting for your account
- Language setting for your account
- Permission assigned to your account
- Associated Organisation
The profile page also contains the secondary contact information which is only available to the users with administrator level permission to view and edit.
On the profile page, you will find the options to:
- Edit Profile
- Edit Organisation info
The profile page also contains your associated organisation’s information. The users with administrator level permission, can also find the option to edit organisation information. This link will take you to the settings page, to the organisation information section. From here you will be able to update your associated organisation’s information.
