Release feedback and mini-retro
- Highest degree of delegation we've ever done on a release!
- One of the earlier shipping times—releases often go very late in the day, particularly for anyone not in PT. We're improving.
- Team coordination was smooth, which is grand, because we'll likely do another point release in 0.12.2
- Kev already opened an issue for running testinfra against prod, that sounds grand, would complement TBB testing
- considering better ways to manage profusion of HW test scenarios - individual tickets?
- We need that automated Tor browser based tests in CI, otherwise too much time taken in testing the basic steps. (kushal)
What is the most important thing we must accomplish by July 1?
Have SecureDrop Workstation and client ready for planned pilot
How do we know that we have accomplished it?
- Clean-up of Qubes templates and provisioning logic, testing with most recent release of Qubes
- Air-gap signed beta1 release that satisfies pilot requirements by end of June
- Research plan for pilot participants completed by end of June
