• John repro'd my issue: https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-client/issues/1007 and we learned that the timeout value passed from the client is not used by the proxy
• Did lots of scalability testing: https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-client/issues/1007#issuecomment-605376403
