  • Later today RPM will be ready for testing, intended to be used in 'staging' mode

  • Mickael: Removing CI-built artifacts as part of upload

  • Proposed procedure for testing: set your SecureDrop Workstation enviroment to staging -- this will pull RC RPM and nightlies

    • check if 0.3.0-rc1 is on https://yum-test.securedrop.org/workstation/dom0/f25/

    • we also want to validate update path, this needs to wait a bit for further clarification of the update procedure, e.g., follow similar process as with SD releases

• Support/Pilot Sync

• Filed https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop/issues/5249 based on Mickael's QA report, IMO low priority (session-related follow-up)
• More work on custom development proposal, to discuss today
• Was able to complete SD staging setup on Qubes (built RC2 debs for this purpose), feels pretty magical

Today:

• Post SD 1.3.0 Messaging when ready
• Try to use SD staging setup w/ RC2 debs & nightlies & maybe even an RC RPM, oh my! Currently hitting "Failed to resolve" errors with securedrop-admin, though :(
• Some support discussions re: use of Salesforce for newsroom services
