• started peeking at the securedrop-export codebase, i was going to do a bugfix first but noticed some interesting things in the test suite so started working those out, will put up a PR today (that will explain in gory details what is going on motivating the changes)

Today:

• first getting up my PR for review in securedrop-export - thats for mickael and allie to peek at
• then gonna start workin on bugfixing (based on that PR)
• QA mac mini
• will merge/review conor workstation PR (i tested it previously so will approve/merge, cc mickael in case u wanted to look also, stop me)
• john has some ideas about the usb widget in a branch which i wanted to take a look at or can share with anyone else who is interested

• Buster migration. Provisioning logic is such that clean install would provision buster-only. Need to work on upgrade logic.
• Found segfault issue in client. Narrowed it down: when widget is added to conversation layout and is set to not visible, it'll segfault.

• Debugging client issue above
• Add'l Buster work

• Need to focus on "creative" tasks for fundraising, today... and the context shift into SD things is too probable to derail my tight timeline on that, so I'm asking if all UX needs on SD cd be held-off on, until Tuesday.
