• Kernel 5.4.88 draft PR for focal, need to add build logs

• Building focal debs for 1.7.0~rc1, clobber what's on apt-test
• Marking 5.4.88 debs as final for review (we have access to 5.10 patches, Kev, let's test that on NUC10s as well)
• QA on 1.7.0~rc1, taking clean install on prod VMs with simplified Chinese
• Stretch goal: Fixing CI on the wheels packaging PR, didn't get to it yesterday
