SecureDrop 0.9.0 Post-Release Issues

Due do https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop/issues/3795 we had to cut an emergency release, 0.9.1, and skipped standup updates. Notes from discussion:

Next step: cutting release in a couple of hours. Once CI passes, will make a signed tag. Can build Deb packages. Will do another support blast and post release notes and tweet out that fix is available.

Prod VM - Mickael - fresh install, Kevin: upgrade

GUI updater flow to 0.9.1 - want to test that subsequent release will no longer have bug
